We were a few years ago - thought we be independent and buy our own tickets at the railway station. The placed was absolutely mobbed.  I left my partner sitting on our bags whilst i went to the ticket office . People were tugging at my pockets and our bags. We were eventually rescued by a baton wielding policeman who cleared the way.

Is it still the same ?
